KM Kelly’s BIM Department has experience utilizing the latest versions of industry software for 3D modeling, shop drawings, coordination, clash detection, and file sharing.

Our BIM Department has made a name for itself in the level of detail and information provided with each item included in your project.  Where others may place a basic box, you can expect to see KM Kelly to create an accurate depiction of what is called for in the spec.  This is important to visualize the final product and truly understand how your project is impacted by all the moving parts.

With our experience across different software platforms, we can provide seamless and up to date information for your project.  We work closely with our field staff to ensure practical install within defined project tolerances.  When an issue arises, we use our expertise to provide alternative solutions.  We aren’t just modeling your project; we are thinking about the big picture and the long-term functionality of the finished work.  By identifying more than placement issues (i.e. code concerns, conduit fill, panel loads, etc.), we can help our customers find resolutions before an issue becomes a larger concern at the time of install.
